Fr. Charles Lewis´s Ruby Jubilee Celebrated at Manasa

Padubelle, 13 February 2011: The Ruby Jubilee (Forty Years) of the ordination of Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis, parish priest of the Holy Cross Church, Pamboor was celebrated at Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre recently. The principal, Sr. Vinny Gonsalves welcomed the celebrant and others in a creative way.

 

The President of the Manasa Trust-Ms. Remedia D´Souza appreciated the presence of Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis in Pamboor parish and said that he has been a great support to the Manasa.

 

The special children of Manasa presented variety entertainment with dances of different kinds which were appreciated by Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis and other guests.

 

 

In response to the felicitation programme organized by Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis  sponsored a delicious meal to the children and the staff. All the teacher and students wished him good health and happiness in his life.

 

Fr. Charles Lewis was ordained as priest on 5th January 1971. After ordination he served in different parishes including Moodubelle, Kuntalnagar and present ly at Pamboor.
