Shirva: Punaru Shrishasthavu Trophy-2011 Cricket Tournament Inaugurated

Shirva, 09 February 2011: On the occasion of the Decennial celebration of Shri Kshethra Punaru Shrishasthavu Bramhalingeshwara Temple Bhajana Mandali, near Shirva, Punaru Shrishasthavu Trophy-2011 Cricket Tournament was inaugurated by the Chief Preist of Shri Kshethra Vedhamurthy Ashok Udupa.

 

 

Chief Guests of this occasion, Member of Konkani Sahithya Academy B. Pundalika Marate Shirva, Grama Panchayath Member Devendra Nayak, Belman Madumane Ram Mohan Rao, Social Activist Jayarama Prabhu Gampadabailu, Jayaram Shetty Punaru and President of Bhajana Mandali Shivakumar Amin were present.

 

Shankara Acharya welcomed the gathering. Raghunath Nayak compeered the program. Raviraj Nayak proposed vote of thanks. In the tournament 42 teams participated.
