Heavy rains: Holiday for schools, colleges in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi on July 6

Print Mangaluru, 06 Jul 2022: In view of heavy rains, the Deputy Commissioners of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts have declared holiday for schools, colleges and Anganwadi’s on July 6, Wednesday.
The district administrations have taken this measure keeping in mind the safety of the students.
On Tuesday, both districts witnessed very heavy rains.
As there is a flood-like situation in some areas of both districts, the district administration has cautioned parents to take care of their children.
