AICC Kar overseer Geeta Krishnan urges Congressmen to educate on Panchayat Raj

Mangaluru, 30 Jan 2021: Geeta Krishnan D, AICC overseer of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and official from Rajeev Gandhi Panchayat Raj Sangatan visited DK district Congress office, here on Friday, January 29.

 

Addressing the Congress party activists, Geeta said, ‘Rajeev Gandhi Panchayat Raj Sangatan founded by AICC president Sonia Gandhi 12 years ago, mentoring the party activists in contesting gram panchayat elections. Meanwhile, we got to educate the party activists in local governance in order to strengthen Panchayat Raj,’ urged Geeta.

 

The veteran Congressmen J R Lobo, Shakuntala Shetty, Rajeev Gandhi Panchayat Raj Sangatan DK district president Subhodaya Alva, Suresh Shetty, T K Sudhir, Durgaprasad, Abdul Salim, Sadasiva Shetty, Santosh Kumar Shetty and others were present.
