Karkala: Conservation of cows bring prosperity to nation – Rajesh Kotian

Karkala, 09 Nov: Durgaparameshwari Friends Club, Nandalike – Abbanadka near here, organized Cow Puja as part of nineteenth anniversary celebrations.

 

In his presidential address, the Club president Nandalike Rajesh Kotian said, ‘Cow is sacred in ancient Hindu culture. The country will flourish by conserving livestock.’

 

 

The Club convener Sandeep V Poojary Abbanadka said, ‘Mother suckles her child with her breast milk and we will have cow milk in our lifetime. One shouldn’t think about earning profit by rearing cows that got to be worshiped as its Kamadhenu for mankind.’ 

 

The Club general secretary said, ‘Cows form part of humans because they provide milk and we got to be grateful to them.’   

 

The donor of plot for the Club – Leela Raju Shetty, women wing secretary Kuntalgundi Sandhya Umesh Shetty, member Pushpa Shantaram Kulal and others were present.
