Mangaluru: Foundation laid to develop Shaktinagar Main Road

Mangaluru, 17 Feb 2018: MLA J R Lobo laid the foundation for road works from Bikarnakatte Junction to Kaikamba Junction, main access road to fast developing locality of Shaktinagar, here, on February 15.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Lobo said, ‘The road works will be undertaken @ Rs 1.12 crore under Premium FAR Fund of municipal body and Rs 91 lac sanctioned under CM’s Fund. It will include footpath and drains,’ said MLA Lobo.

 

The local corporator Zubaida Aziz, former mayor Abdul Aziz, KSRTC director T K Sudhir, Alwyn Pais, Sunit D’Sa municipal officials Devaraj, Laxman Poojary and contractor Suleiman Asif and others were present.
