Kukkaje conversation through lens enthrals many

Mangalore, 20 August 2010: If you have creativity, then it’s possible to gain anything, said UAE Exchange Chief Operating Officer Sudhir Shetty after inaugurating Dayanand Kukkaje’s photography exhibition at St Aloysius College Auditorium on Thursday.

 

The photo expo was jointly organised by Daijiworld Media Pvt Ltd, Radio Sarang 107.8 FM and St Aloysius College Department of Mass Communication to mark daijiworld.com’s decennial celebrations.

“A photograph gives life to a news report and Kukkaje’s photographs blend life, nature and culture making it a piece of art,” said  President of Beary Sahitya Academy Abdul Rehaman.
“Kukkaje is a strong pillar for Daiji. His photographs have been published in newspapers and media around the world” said Daijiworld CEO Walter Nandalike. St. Aloysius College Principal Rev Fr Swebert D’Silva wass present.

The exhibition will be open till Friday. Almost 100 photographs are kept on display.
