Congratulations carol and Loyson..It a big achievement you guy’s done..Keep it up… If I say something about Akil comments, it’s very difficult to shine in the big flat forms (like saregama/Indiaidol/voice of India etc) with out the support from the associations or the media.Akil tell me one name of a village talent who shine in the big flat forms. Because TV reality shows elected the voices/talents based on the SMS/ votes .Because they want publicity /TRP money. But unfortunately real talents will not come up at the end. All reality shows are well written dramas. Secondly about the motivation or encouragement, dear akil not only from belle even no one will motivate any talent (except the fly or fly members) our people mindset was If my son/daughter will go to abroad make some money, that’s enough. For example Do we not have a good player in the village like Moodubelle/Udupi ..Who can at least play for state level..??Do we not have singing/Dancing/acting talents who can participate the national/international level? But sad thing is no one neither guides them nor motivates them. Media/associations have to do this work. I appreciate the work of Shirva old students association

Many Congratulations to Carol Sonia DSouza, for winning the title Voice of Udupi. No doubt that you really have the potential to become a great singer in future. As Vally said, we want to see you on big screens like Indian Idol or Saregamapa... So Go On... Compete with yourself until you fulfill your goals... But honestly speeking, I was really disappointed by the Encouragement/Motivation given to you at the Parish-level!!! Just a sentence(won the title voice-of-udupi) and nothing else??? Elders, let us Encourage/Motivate our Talents(especially youth). Afterall Moodubelle is Shining/Proud because of such Talents!!! Think about it!!!
