Srinivas Institute of Mgmt bags overall championship in Philo Ventura

Puttur, 27 Oct 2014: The department of M Com of St Philomena College, here organised Philo Ventura – 2014, Management Fest recently.

 

Seventeen colleges partaken in Philo Ventura – 2014. The award ‘Chakradhipati’ was won by Amritha K V of Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology.

 

 

The award ‘Ranatantra’ was won by Akhil K B and Sharatchandra of Srinivas Institute of Management.

 

The award ‘Ghanadhyaksha’ was won by Ramesh and Vignesh Bhat of SDM College, Ujire.

 

‘Brahaspati’ award was won by Navya U and Raksha Sof Mangalore University, Mangalagangotri.

 

Srinivas Institute of Management, Mangalore bagged the overall championship. Mangalore University, Mangalagangotri was the runner up.

 

Fr Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, chairman of St Philomena College of PG Studies and Research Centre was the chief guest of valedictory function.

 

The College principal Professor Leo Noronha presided the function.

 

The staff co-ordinator Professor Divyashree K and the student co-ordinator Donnet Babita Perriera were also present.

 

Tejaswi Bhat proposed the vote of thanks.  Dechakka compered the programme.
