Shakarapura: Rotary World Information Day Celebrated

Shankarapura, 23 February 2012: International Rotary Club which is contributing for the peace in world community, health and educational services, has the history of 102 service years, said Rotary Zone 3 Secretary Dr. Gururaj. He was speaking as a chief guest during the ‘Rotary World Information Day’ celebrations held at Shakarapura Rotary Auditorium. Speaking further he briefed on the contributions of the Club and said that the organization has respected and encouraged the people of all the professions equally.

 

 
Senior Rotarian Dr. Edward Lobo was felicitated by Innanje P.U. College Retired Principal K. Krishnamurthy Rao. Former President U. Nandanakumar conducted introduction. The program was presided over by Shankarapura Rotary Club President Valerian Noronha. Secretary Vincent Saldanha proposed vote of thanks.
