Udupi: Na Radheyalla, Kannada poetry book by Chandrika Nagaraj released

Udupi, 15 Mar 2017: Poetry is mustered by continuous practice and hard work. When compared with other forms of literature, poetry can express a lot more meaning in a few words. If the poet masters the art of putting the words of wisdom in such a way in phrases that emerges as poetry, said Nityanand Padre, retired senior sub-editor of Udayavani, Kannada daily.
Padre was speaking after releasing ‘Na Radheyalla,’ poetry collection of up and coming writer Chandrika Nagaraj, that was organized by Samskruti Siri Trust®, Hiriyadka, near here, on Tuesday, March 14.
The upcoming writers got to study the literature to understand its different aspects that gives them insights. The new writers got to enjoy reading to widen their knowledge, added Padre.
Professor Muralidar Upadya, president of Ratha Beedhi Geleyara Sangha®, in his presidential address said that the poet Chandrika has the talent to find newness and to put it through poetry. The new generation of poets are searching on e-book, facebook, Whatsapp, Youtube. They have speciality in them that got to be unraveled.
The financial assistance was distributed to the victims of mishap at Veerabhadra temple, Hiriyadka, near here by the Trust.
Government First Grade College retired principal Dr Padekal Vishnu Bhat, Udupi taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Vasanti Shetty Brahmavar, write Vasanti Ambalapady, poet Chandrika Nagarak, K Nagaraj Shetty, Prema N Nagaraj were present.
Veena welcomed the gathering. Tilaka Nagaraj compered the programme.
