Mumbai: Bharat Bank opens eighty-third branch in Pune

Mumbai, 03 Dec 2015: Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited opened its eighty-third branch at Butte Patel Vertex Tower, Gole Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune on Wednesday December 2. It’s the third branch in Pune city.
The Bank chairman Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the eighty-third branch by cutting the ribbon on the occasion. Billawa Samaja Seva Sangha – Pune president Sadashiv S Salian inaugurated the branch by lighting the lamp.
The Bank deputy chairperson advocate Rohini J Salian inaugurated ATM kiosk, while the Bank senior director Pushpalata N Salian inaugurated the locker facilities.
Shiv Sagar Hotel Group managing director Panduranga R Poojary, Bunts Sangh – Pune president Satosh Shetty Inna Kurkilabettu, Pune Hotel Owners Association president Ganesh Shetty, Billava community leaders Sundar M Poojary, Shyam Suvarna and Sadanand Poojary, Pune ACP Prabhakar Damble, landlord Subash Ramachandra Mali, entrepreneurs Nagriguttu Rohit Shetty, Sanjay Joshi, Harish Moodbidri, Vishwanat Poojary, Atul J Joshi, Dhananjay Bhargav, Somanat Shetty, Dr Tnuja Suvarna, advocate Pankaj Dedia, Subash Kidwai and others were the guests of honor.
The Bank directors U S Poojary, advocate S B Amin, Chandrashekar S Poojary, R D Poojary, Gangadar J Poojary, Ashok M Kotian and Jyoti K Suvarna, former director N M Sanil, chief general manager Anil Kumar R Amin, general manager Shobha Dayanand, the branch manager Sudhir S Poojary, branch staff Robin S Kumar, Dharmendra B Suvarna, Suraj Devkar, Tushar Nikam, Abhijit U Billava, Harish S Poojary honored the guests with flower bouquets.
The Bank development department officers Sunil Gujaran and Vijay Palan, heads of branches, new customers and hundreds of well wishers were present.
The Vedic celebrant Shekar Shanti Ulloor performed the religious rites at the new branch, while co-celebrants Gangadhar Kallady and Rakesh Shanti distributed the prasadams. Sudhir S Poojary and Sangeeta Sudhir Poojary couple headed the religious celebrations.
The Bank deputy general manager and head of development department Mohandas Hejmady compered the programme. The assistant manager Robin S Kumar proposed vote of thanks.
