Udupi:RCI - Shirva President Leo Noronha felicitated

Udupi, 22 Jun 2014: ‘Rotary Club International (RCI) that is at the threshold of centenary jubilee celebration has promoted universal brotherhood among the nationalities and has been responding to human tragedy based on love for humanity without self interest for monetary gains, said Lions district vice governor B Divakar Shetty Bhadravati.
 
Divakar was speaking after installation of newly-elected office bearers of Lions Club – Shirva, during a function held at Saud auditorium, Shirva, near here on Saturday June 21.
 
Ramanand Shettigar assumed the charge as president of Lions Club international (LCI) - Shirva on the occasion.
 
Divakar LAO felicitated RCI – Shirva president Leo Noronha and commended the social welfare activities of both RCI and LCI.

 

 

 
Stanly Dias, Stany D’Souza, Peter Mathias, Robert Machado, Wilson Rodrigues, Norbert Machado, Melvyn Aranha and others were present.  
 
LCI – Shirva president Lancy Corda presided the programme.
 
Viola, Herrol, Nicole rendered the prayers.  Wilson D’Souza and Irvin D’Souza compered the programme.  The secretary Sadanand K Shetty proposed vote of thanks.
