Kuwait: Tulu Comedy drama, Bangar Babu, Muhurath

Kuwait, 18 Jun 2014: Tulu Koota Kuwait held the Muhurath of Tulu comedy drama, Bangar Babu, at the Salmiya Play School, Rumaithiya, here recently. Bangar Babu is a comedy drama running successfully in coastal district of Karnataka by playwright C R Arun Chandra, B C Road.
 
Tulu Koota Kuwait will present this drama during Tulu Parba - 2014, with enthusiastic local artistes and well-known guest artist under the direction of Satish Acharya, the rehearsals of which will commence shortly.
 
The Committee members along with the artistes of the drama collectively invoked the blessings.
 
The advisor Sudhakar Shetty inaugurated the function along with office bearers of managing Committee.

 

 

 
Satishchandra Shetty, Ramesh Kidiyoor and Tulu Koota Kuwait vice president Harish Bhandary also spoke on the occasion. 
 
Tulu Koota Kuwait president Tharendra Shettigar hoped that the dram will offer wholesome entertainment to the audience of Tulu Parba - 2014.
 
Satishchandra Shetty presented the script to the director Satish Acharya, who in turn accepted it with an assurance of delivering his very best.
 
The Committee members along with the artistes of the drama collectively invoked the blessings. Satish Acharya proposed vote of thanks.  Purander Manchi compered the programme.
