Karkal: Motion set for annual feast of St Antony’s Shrine, Manjarapalke

Karkal, 11 Jun 2014:  The annual feast of St Antony’s shrine that has over 2-centuries history located at Manjarapalke (Pakala) near here began on Wednesday June 11.  The shrine comes under the purview of St Joseph’s parish, Belman, near here.
 
 
Belman parish priest Fr Lawrence B D’Souza, assistant parish priest Fr John Baptist Moras, Fr Steve, Fr Arun and Fr Rajesh celebrated the Holy Mass at St Antony’s shrine, Manjarapalke here on Wednesday.

 

 
The festal Holy Mass will be offered unto Lord led by Udupi diocesan PRO Fr Denis D’Sa, along with several clergies from across the diocese at Manjarapalke here on Friday June 13 at 1030am.

 
The special prayers and Holy Masses will be offered from Wednesday afternoon till 8.00pm.
