M’lore: Knight Vengers, Boloor organizes blood camp in city

Mangalore, Jun 9, 2014 : Knight Vengers, Boloor, here that has been engaged in social welfare activities since many years organized blood camp at Shanti church auditorium, here on Saturday June 7.

The state health and family welfare minister U T Khader inaugurated the blood camp here on Saturday morning.

 

 

The minister U T Khader commended the social welfare activities of Knight Vengers and also blood donors as donating blood is the noble deed indeed, said minister Khader.

 

The deputy mayor Kavita, Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Dakshina Kannada district chairman Prabhakar Shriyan and Congress leader Suresh Ballal were present on the dais.

 

Over 50 donors contributed their blood.

 

The blood camp was organized in association with IRCS blood bank and KMC blood bank.
