Mangalore: Bellissima, Ultra-luxurious Apt Complex of Rohan Corporation inaugurated at Mallikatta

Mangalore, 1 May 2014: ‘Bellessima’, the thirteenth apartment complex of city’s premier builder Rohan Corporation was inaugurated at Mallikatta here on Wednesday April 30. The building was the thirteenth mega project and indeed aesthetics, architectural masterpiece that has enhanced the beauty of neighbourhood.  The apartment houses amenities such as a roof top area, swimming pool, fitness center, spacious visitor’s lounge, fire fighting system, intercom, and elevators.
 
 
Jesuit clergy Fr Ravi Santhosh Kamat recited Latin prayers and Sanskrit Shlokas to begin the programme.
 
 
Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and Mangalore south MLA J R Lobo were the chief guests inaugurated the newly-built apartment complex.
 
 
Speaking on the occasion, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel lauded the commitment of Rohan Monteiro, the chairman and CEO of Rohan Corporation in launching the thirteenth apartment complex ahead of schedule. He said that he saw finesse in Rohan with potential to become leading realtors in the country. MP Nalin urged Rohan to focus on building world class apartment complexes across the nation to benefit people. ‘One should construct customer-friendly buildings to enable people to purchase flats at a reasonable cost,’ said MP Nalin.

 

 
 
 
MLA Lobo who has vision for the city said, ‘The visitors to Mangalore are surprised to know the population of the city and the pace at which it is growing. They think the city accommodates more people because it has many apartments.’  MLA Lobo foretold that Rohan would reach greater heights as he is passionate about his work and conveyed best wishes in his future endeavor.
 
 
Both MP Nalin and MLA Lobo felicitated consulting architects and structural engineers on the same occasion.
