Abu Dhabi: Good Friday observed at St. Joseph’s Cathedral with great devotion

Abu Dhabi,  19 Apr 2014:  A huge number of devotees attended the Good Friday service with great devotion and piety.   The service began at 3.00pm with the Way of the Cross by HE Bishop Paul Hinder accompanied by deacon following by word of God. 

 

A short and meaningful homily was given by the deacon and thereafter veneration and kissing of the holy cross service was held led by Bishop himself.

 

 

 The final session was of the service was Holy Eucharist distributed by a large number of ushers at several place to be able to distribute to a huge number of devotees attended the holy service.

 

The Easter Vigil will start on Saturday night at 10:30pm in English.
