Abu Dhabi: Bearys Welfare Forum organizes fun-filled picnic at Al Wathba Park

Abu Dhabi, 24 Mar 2014:  Bearys Welfare Forum - Abu Dhabi organized a fun-filled picnic at Al Wathba Park, in the outskirts of city on Friday March 21.

A large number of members including youth and women with children participated in the picnic.

The picnic began on Friday at 10.30am by reading a scripture from Holy Quran by Mohamed Ershad Byrikatte.

Delicious breakfast served followed by brief morning session.

BWF president Muhammed Ali Uchil inaugurated the picnic by addressing the gathering and briefed about the BWF-activities.

Imran Kudroli, Abdulla Madumoole, Mohamed Rafeeq Krishnapur, Jaleel Bajpe and Mohamed Kallapu have organized the event.

Hamza Khader and Mohammad Siddiq Kaup conducted variety of fun-filled games, quiz etc to keep the crowd entertained.

Zahida Khader, Rubina Imran and Sumaya Siddq conducted different events for women and children on the occasion.

Ismail Shimoga sponsored the prizes that were distributed to the winners of different competitions.

 

 

It is a BWF- customary annual event, which provides educational discourses, entertainment, sports, several kinds of competitions and various other activities to the entire family to rejoice in a leisurely atmosphere. Spacious premises with separate tents for men and women, and a lot of fun filled programs provided a great escape from the routine to the entire family members.

Games like - cricket, dodging the ball, dog and bone, breaking the pot and tug of war was the prime attractions of the picnic.  Spot prizes that added flavor to the atmosphere.

There was also a raffle draw for the picnic participants including a air ticket to Mangalore.

The delicious lunch, juice and snacks were served to the participants arranged by Rakesh Shetty, Maharaja Restaurant of Ramee Group.

Hanif Ullal, Hameed Gurupur, Rashhed, VK,Mustafa Mata, Rasheed Bijai, Abdul Majeed, Majeed Athoor, Nazeer Ubar, were instrumental in the success of the BWF-Picnic-2014.

BWF general secretary Abdulla Madumoole welcomed the gathering. Abdulla Madumoole compered the programme.
