Udupi: Political Parties begin campaigning for LS Polls

Udupi, 16 Mar 2014: The campaigning for the forthcoming general elections for Lok Sabha is picking up among the political parties.  The national parties BJP, Congress, JDS and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) began their campaign across the state including in Udupi.
 
 
Congress has begun road show to campaign in Udupi – Chikmagalur constituency, while BJP has been trying to outsmart Congress by poll campaign.  Congress included the issue of NH conversion in its manifesto, while BJP opposed it.  

 

 
 
 
The voters indeed are waiting to see the extreme campaigning of political parties.  The political leaders and activists are eager to cajole the voters convincing them to vote for their parties.

 
Amidst all this, the election officers are going to keep tab on parties around the clock.
