Bantwal: Youth got to change rather than wait for situation to change; Parameshwaran

Bantwal, Feb 21, 2014 : The youth who think big are likely to carve out excellent future. If one does not wait for situation to change, and changes as per the times, major changes will take place in life, said USP Global human resources director Harish Parameshwaran.
Parameshwaran was speaking during the annual day celebrations of Canara Engineering College, Benjanpadav, near here on Wednesday February 19.
Canara High School Association secretary M Ranganat Bhat said that Canara Engineering College has been successful in imparting quality engineering classes at affordable costs, said Bhat.
Canara engineering College governing council and Canara High School Association president S S Kamat said that studies humbles one, because when one studies more, he/she realizes how little one knows, said Kamat.
The retired IAS officer P C Nayak, Canara Engineering College governing council vice president M Annappa Pai, treasurer Panchamal Gopalakrishna Shenoy, joint treasurer Vaman Kamat, members Kocchikar Sudhakar Pai, Basti Purushottam Shenoy and K Suresh Kamat, students’ union president Rakshit N B, vice presidents Alwyn Joy and Raksha A R, secretary Madan Raj were present on the occasion.
The gold medalist students were presented with medal and prizes were distributed to talented students.
Professor Rajalaxmi Samaga of electrical department was felicitated for bagging the doctorate.
Canara Engineering College correspondent M Padmanabha Pai welcomed the officer. The recruitment officer Rashmi Bhandary introduced the guests. Anantakrishna Kamat proposed vote of thanks. Prajna Bhandary compered the programme.
