Mumbai: CCCI organizes workshop on Business Networking in Metro

Mumbai, 16 Feb 2014: Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) organized a workshop on business networking at Hotel Avion banquet hall,  Ville Parle (East) here on Saturday February 15 morning.


 
The internationally-acclaimed taxation expert Anish Tripati was the resource person, said that enterprises has to be IT-driven to achieve greater success in entrepreneurship.  He also stressed the need of turn-over tax and transaction surcharge at the context of Indian financial set up.


 
Federation of India Export Organization south division regional president and Magnet – 2014, World Convention chairman Walter D’Souza, Committee convener Dr Errol Pinto, Mangalore diocesan PRO, Mangalore-based Rachana – Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) member and Magnet – 2014 World Convention chief secretary Marcel Monteiro were the chief guests of the occasion.

 


 
Speaking on the occasion, Walter D’Souza said that the Christian youth of coastal Karnataka are succeeding in business world over, while there is the greater need to share their success by interactive sessions.  At this backdrop, Mangalorean Global Network for Entrepreneur will be organizing Magnet – 2014, World Convention at T M A Pai International Convention Centre, Mangalore on Sunday April 6.  The successful entrepreneurs from across the world will share their success stories of IT industries at the World Convention.  The entrepreneurship can give solid foundation for India’s economic ambitions, while its an attempt to encourage youth to become entrepreneurs, said Walter.


 
The metro-based CCCI president Henry Lobo in his welcome address explained the objectives of organizing the workshop and honored resource person Tripati with flower bouquet.  CCCI vice presidents John D’Silva and Antony Sequeira were present at the stage.  CCCI youth division former president Dr Richard Pereira compered the programme.  The vice president Antony Sequeira proposed vote of thanks.


 
CCCI directors legal advisor advocate Pius Vaz, advocate Jaison Vaz, S M Lasrado, Stanley Fernandes, John Mathew, Raymond D’Souza, Walter Buthello, Anisha Lara Menezes, Johnson Therattil, Joseph Rosario, Lancy Barboza and others were present.  The executive secretary Felix D’Souza offered information on membership.
