Dubai: ’Nirel’ movie tickets released in a grand function with 95% tickets already distr

Dubai, 01 Feb 2014: Team ’NIREL’ which recently announced the release of their move in UAE during Valentine’s Day, had on 30th January, 2014 arranged a function to release the tickets for both Premier as well as First Show at Party Hall in Zamarrodah, Karama, Dubai.  With the rush towards buying tickets on the release day itself around 95% of the tickets are already distributed and as good as sold.  Only few tickets of the second show is available as on today which may soon be sold.

 

Community leaders of all Mangalorean based Community Originations were invited to grace this function and those who attended include, Chief Guest Sarvotham Shetty of Karnataka Sangha Abu Dhabi, Guests of honour Satish Poojary of Karnataka Sangha Sharjah, Shailesh Shenoy of Amchigele Samaj, Jeetendra Suvarna of Billawas Dubai & NE, Sudhakar Alva of Nama Tuluveru UAE, Satish Venkataramana of Ganiga Samaj, Vasu Shetty of Gammath Kalavidaru, Ravi Shettigar of Padmashaali UAE, Sandeep Rao of Ramaksatriya, Nithyanand Beskoor of KADAM, Vincent Fernandes of Mogachi Laharen, Chidanand Poojary of Yaksha Mitraru, Prem Jeeth of Tulu Patherga Tulu Oripaga & Herman Lewis of Radio Spice 105.4 FM were seated on the dais.

MC Uttam opened up the programme in his own style and welcomed and invited the guests on to the dais while briefing on the project NIREL.  The guests were honoured with flower bouquets and song CD’s of the movie.  Producer Shodhan Prasad along with Co-Producer San Poojary welcomed the guests and briefly spoke on how an atmosphere of ’sarvadharma’ being created not only in the star cast of the movie but also in the guests on the dais during the function.  He stressed that let this unity keep going strong in UAE and let us keep the entertainment flowing in this part of the world with this unity.

 

 

Lighting the lamp was done in a traditional way wherein Guests along with Sandhya Shodhan & Ashwini San Poojary did the honours.  On behalf of all the guests on dais, Chief Guest Sarvotham Shetty spoke brilliantly with humours on the occassion and also mentioning the hard work of NIREL team.  He also mentioned that fortunately he was there all through the launching, clapping and this day the releasing of the tickets of NIREL movie.  He said he is proud to be part of the NIREL family and extended all support to the team.  While announcing Sponsor contribution from Karnataka Sangha Abu Dhabi & Bunts UAE he requested other Community Organisation leaders to extend their support too to NIREL team in their hard work towards promoting Tulu language through this Cinema.  He did mention that all the team of NIREL are working members and not from business related hence Tuluvas should come forward and extend their fullest support in their role in promoting Tulu language in whatever way they could.  Soon many associations and individuals promptly confirmed their contributions and support to NIREL.  All those Associations and Individuals who contributed will have their names in the title credit of the movie as confirmed by the Producers.

 

A flashing trailer teaser of the movie was presented along with the making video of the movie which was applauded by all the invitees with cheers.  Soon after that all the artistes of the movie were introduced who were greeted warmly by the audience.  Another guest, Herman Lewis rendered inspiring speech in Kannada briefing on the movie and the people behind it.  He too stressed everybody to give this movie a warm welcome as a respect to Tulu language.  On behalf of all the artistes, Comedian Deepak Paladka gave a humours speech mentioning his journey with NIREL.

 

Later Sarvotham Shetty did the honours of movie Ticket release, distributing the first book to Pravin Shetty of Fortune Group of Hotels.  Later a distribution table was erected in a corner where people crowded to buy and preserve their books in advance.  The premier show tickets were soon completely distributed while few tickets of second show is remained to be distributed as mentioned by Sandhya & Ashwini who managed the distribution.

 

Soon after MC Uttam announced the ’Cocktails & Dinner’ and while everybody got engaged with the scumptous dinner live singing was going on continuously.  Singers Pramod Kumar, Uttam Menezes, Monica Waldar, Nisha Sequeira and many more entertained the audience with their melodious singing.  The programme ended at around 3.30 am with people dancing their way in joy.

 

Shodhan Prasad & San Poojary thanked everyone gathered for their active participation and support in making the event successful.  They also requested all the invitees to make sure that their friends and families will be in the theatre during the film release.  The film will be released in Golden Cinema, Bur Dubai on 14th of February, 2014 with 2 shows at 10 AM & 1 PM followed by evening show in Abu Dhabi which will be announced later.
