Kundapur: Arya, Coastal Native Shines in Sandalwood, Tollywood & Lollywood

Kundapur, 15 Sep 2013: Arya Arohi Rao, who is a sensational actor of Kannada, Telugu and Tamil was the focal point of attraction here on Saturday September 14.  Arya was born in Kundapur and brought up in the famous Murdeshwar in Uttar Kannada district.  She was embodied with coastal culture and later settled in Sagar, Shimoga district.  Although Arya was interested in filmdom since her childhood, her parents are traditional minded.

Her father – Nilakanta Murdeshwar is a Purohit and mother is a ideal housewife.  Whether its possible for Arya to get a break in filmdom from such traditional family.  But that has not deterred her from her choice in finding a break in filmdom.  Nilakanta who identified the acting talent in Arya contacted a certain Vasu who is a friend of sandalwood senior director Venugopal in finding a major break for Arya in Kannada film industry.

 

She has acted as heroine in sandalwood movie, ‘E Huvu Ninigagi’ along with co stars John and Kiran, while greater portion of shooting is already finished and will be screened shortly.  Its  before the release of the above movie, she has been sought after by Tollywood movie producers to act along with super star Vijay and Lollywood to act along with the super star.
Arya is a relative of city lawyer Ravikiran Murdeshwar.  She was the next-door girl found in the office of Ravikiran on Saturday without much craving for attention. She was happy to share her life with this media person.

Arya was known in modeling circuit and also mastered Bharatanatyam, swimming, western dance, horse riding etc.  When. I queried Arya, are the oppression of women in filmdom is the reality?  Arya replied, ‘Its all depend on a girl to create a better future for herself.  The opportunities will come knocking at her door, if she is able to exhibit her acting skills to the full potential.  However, one is likely to be getting exploited if she accepts any role in a desperate attempt to find break in filmdom,’ said Arya. 

She further said that her father is the godfather and inspired her to make her debut in movie.  Her brother Siddart is into modeling and also found break in filmdom.  Arya has deep love to her native Murdeshwar and also respects her relative Ravikiran.

Let us hope Arya shines in sandalwood, tollywood, and lollywood.
