M’lore: Lakshmi Gold Palace to be inaugurated on August 25

Mangalore, 24 August 2012: Lakshmi Gold Palace  along with Lakshmi Silk Palace and Lakshmi Gold Loan  as part of Lakshmi Gold Khazana Pvt. Ltd. Will be inaugurated on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 12 noon at K.S. Rao Raod, Kodialbail. This information was provided by the proprietor K.P. Nanjunda at a press meet held in the Press Club on August 23, 2012.

 

 

 Ashirvachana will be given by Shri Chandrashekhar Swamiji and Shri Nilkanta Swamiji. Rajya Sabha member Oscar Fernandes will inaugurate the complex. KPCC Presient Dr. G. Parameshwar will preside over the inaugural function.  Among the dignitaries expected to attend the inaugural function include: MPs H. Vishwanath, Jayaprakash Hegde and Nilinkumar Kateel;  Vinaykumar Sorake, Ex-MP, MLAs  Basavaraj Horatti, Ramanath Rai,  K. Abhayachandra Jain,  J. Krishna Palemar, U.T. Khader and Yogish Bhat. President of the Corporation Bank, Ajay Kumar will also attend the function.

 

According to K.P. Nanjunda, the company that had a turnover of Rs. 200 crores has grown with Rs. 600 crores turnover. Within next year the company proposed to have 18 branches all over Karnataka  and is expected to have a turnover of Rs.3000 crores. Four hundred persons are employed by the company in various branches. Under the company’s prize scheme 128 persons have so far won cars as gifts. The aim of the company is to provide gold ornaments at reasonable price to middle and lower middle class people.
