Belman: “Muddu Krishna” competition in JCI week

Belman, 12 September 2011: In the Jeysee week “Sapthavarna” celebrations in Belman organized by JCI Belman the “Muddu Krishna” competitions held at Shri Vitoba Bajana Mandira were inaugurated by JCI zonal leader Udayakumar Shetty Inna. In the competitions held in three categories, more than 60 children participated.
The winners in the competitions were given the prizes and congratulated by entrepreneur Ln Umanatha Shenoy and Rotary District Former Deputy Governor B. Pundalika Marathe. The program was presided over by JCI Unit President Satish K., Rajesh Belman and Sandip K. compeered the program. The judges for the competitions were Raghunatha Nayak Punaru, Sarojini Tukarama Shetty and Premalatha Jogi.
Winners in the competitions are as follows:
Under 2 years: First – Sumadhva V. Bhat, Second – Adhya Udupa, Third – Swani Belman.
2 to 4 years: First – Asma Belman, Second – Prekshak, Third – Sonali.
4 to 6 years: First Raksha Poojary, Second – Prateek Belman, Third – Pragathi Belman.
In the afternoon “Anthakshari” competition consisting of Kannada film, classical and folk songs for Primary, Higher Schools and College students, which was inaugurated by JCI Zonal President Ashish Kumar. Rotary District Former Deputy Governor B. Pundalika Marathe was the Chief Guest. JCI Rajendra Bhat conducted the Anthakshari. Rotary Nette Former President K.Anil Kumar distributed the prizes. Ashok Acharya compeered the program.
