Udupi, 06 Feb 2024: There was a Mass concelebrated by over 150 Cardinals, Archbishops and Bishops at 6.45am at St John National Health Academy Bangalore and afterwards a brief felicitation program.

 

I have been specially invited by Archbishop Machado and may be I was the alone laity participated in the program from the Dioceses of Mangalore and Udupi apart from a very few Bangaloreans (St John’s).

 

96 years Abp Emeritus is now the highest aged living bishop and the only one remaining from India who had participated in the deliberations of Vatican II council.
