Foundation Stone for Commercial and Residential Complex ’Elwin Arcade’ laid at Moodubel

Udupi, 20 Mar 2017: Foundation stone for the Commercial cum Residential Complex “Elwin Arcade” promoted by Misquith Associates, Shirva was laid on Sunday, 19 March 2017 at 11.15 am. The complex is situated on the Main Road opposite to the Post office.

 

The foundation stone laying function was attended by Fr. Clement Mascarenhas, Parish Priest of St. Lawrence Church, Moodubelle, M.J. Nagaraj-Regional Manager of the Vijaya Bank, Mrs. Ranjani Hegde-President of Belle Grama Panchayat, Wilson Rodrigues-memebr of Udupi Zilla Panchayat, Mrs. Sulochana Suvarna-member of Udupi Taluk Panchayat, Shivaji Suvarna-President of CA Bank, Moodubelle and member of Panchayat, Michael and Mrs. Seraphine Misquith-Parents of Edward Misquith, proprietor of Misquith Enterprises, his family members and invitees.

 

 

 

Fr. Clement Mascarenhas conducted the prayer service and blessed the foundation stones. The foundation stones were laid by the dignitaries and members of Misquith family.

 

Speaking at the function, M.J. Nagaraj, the Regional Manager of Vijaya Bank appreciated the various projects undertaken by Edward Misquith and assured the full support of the Vijaya Bank. He also said that a branch of the Vijaya Bank will be opened in the building once it is completed.

 

Misquith Associates have already completed three projects in Shirva and fourth one is in progress. Their project in Moodubelle is the fifth one and first of its kind in the township.

 

Elwin Arcade will have a provision of 15 shops of different areas in the basement and ground floor and 29 flats comprising of 3BHK, 2 BHK and 1 BHK.

 

Edward Misquith welcomed the guests, Sunil Cabral proposed the vote of thanks and Norbert Machado compeered the programme.
