Beltangady: Pilgrims to Dharmasthala disregard cleanliness by garbage mess
Bellevision Media Network
Beltangady, 15 Jan 2017: The nation is undergoing mega cleanliness drive that was lunched by PM Modi and the authorities of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala including staff are striving to keep the entire premises specklessly clean. The local volunteers have undertaken a cleanliness drive here a few days ago.
Meanwhile, the pilgrims who arrive in groups on Saturday, January 14, are found to be cooking their food at the bus stop at Dharmasthala, with scant regard for cleanliness and waste strewn all over. It’s the high time that the pilgrims take cleanliness seriously to maintain sanctity in and around the temple.
