Bengaluru: Dr Hamsalekha chosen to be chairman of 13th World Kannada Cultural Convention

Bengaluru, 15 Dec 2016: The renowned sandalwood musician, lyricist and folklore expert Dr Hamsalekha who was chosen to be chairman of 13th World Kannada Cultural Convention, scheduled to be held in Melbourne, Australia, from March 11 to March 12, 2017.
The delegation led by Kannada Development Authority chairman Professor S G Siddaramayya, World Kannada Cultural Convention chairman K P Manjunat Sagar, social activist Dr Rama Reddy, Australia United Kannada Sangha treasurer Suresh Gowda, Maldives Kannada Sangha secretary M Basavaraj, folk singer Go Na Swamy met Dr Hamsalekha at his residence in the state capital and presented the invite for the event.
