Mumbai: Billawar Association celebrates Narayana Guru Jayanti

Mumbai, 17 Sep 2016: All the religions in the world propagate peace and harmony among the people. The contemporary social reformer and visionary Narayana Guru who preached one God for whole mankind regardless of caste, creed and faith being followed by Billawa community steadfastly progressed, said Mumbai BJP president advocate Ashish Shelar.
Ashish was the chief guest during 162nd birth anniversary celebration of Brahmashree Narayana Guru that was organized by Billawar Association Mumbai® at Billawa Bhavan, Santacruz (East) here on Friday September 16.
The celebration was held at the leadership of All India Billawa Federation president Jaya C Suvarna presided by Billawar Association president Nityanand D Kotian.
Billawa Jagruti Balaga president and Billawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry president N T Poojary, Billawa Association former president L V Amin were present.
Shelar offered assurances of providing 4,000 square feet of space nearby Billawa Bhavan for housing ration division at the earliest.
Jaya Suvarna announced to hold Maharashtra Billava Samavesh in December 2016 in order to bring all Billawas under one common platform.
Nityanand Kotial acknowledged the graces of Narayana Guru in opening 30 branches by Bharat Co-operative Bank that is promoted by Billawar Association Mumbai® in just 1 year.
