Bantwal: District Bomb Squad conducts special checks ahead of ID Celebrations

Bantwal, Aug 12: The bomb squad led by Western Range IGP Bhushan G Borase held special checks at bus terminus, court, railway station and tourist spots here on Thursday August 11, as precautionary measure to avoid any untoward incidents during Independence Day celebrations on Monday August 15.

The checks were done as precaution at the backdrop of recent blast in Mysuru, said IGP Bhushan.
