Kasargod: Sharing wealth with poor gets divine graces - Karnataka minister Deshpande

Kasargod, 11 Jul 2016: The humanitarian deeds reign supreme amongst all deeds. One who shares his wealth with have-nots; he/she will be abundantly blessed by God to further contribute for charity. The life will be worth lived beyond caste and vote bank politics, said Karnataka state heavy industries and basic facilities minister R V Deshpande.
The minister Deshpande was speaking after handing over the keys of Gopalakrishna Bhat donated 237th house to Misriya and also handing over the cheques to buy sewing machines to other beneficiaries during a function held at Sai Mandir, Kilingar, near Neerchalu, Badiyadka, near here on Saturday July 9.
Karnataka Janapad Parishat Kerala border unit president Keshav Prasad Nanittilu presided the programme.
Karnataka Janapad Academy president Picchalli Srinivas, DK Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Pradeep Kumar Kalkura, Mangaluru – Sahyadri College chairman Bhandary, A R Subbayyakatte, Badiyadka gram panchayat steering Committee president Shyam Prasad Manya, Khader Manya, Sheela K N Bhat, Shruti K Bhat, Sairam Gopalakrishna Bhat were present.
Ten sewing machines that were donated by Sairam Gopalakrishna Bhat’s son K N Krishna Bhat was distributed to the respective beneficiaries.
K N Krishna Bhat welcomed and proposed vote of thanks.
