Mumbai: Unity among members of Association brings prosperity to community - Satish Salian

Mumbai, 20 Jun 2016: It’s not easy to sustain an association that strives for the progress of any community. The honesty, dedication, collective effort and selfless service of members are vital for the success of any association. I recall the memory of many veteran and others who served the association since the past 8 years without expecting any recognition status, said Rajaka Sangha Mumbai® president Satish S Salian.
Salian was speaking during the 79th annual general body meeting of Rajaka Sangha Mumbai® held at Swami Nityananda auditorium, Sion (East) here on Sunday June 19 morning.
Salian urged the community children to emulate the culture and traditions that will steadfastly sustain them in their life ahead. He also distributed scholarship to the students on the same occasion.
Rajaka Sangha Dubai president Anand Salian, Mulky Madivala Sangha president Sanjeev Madivala, Karkala Satish Madivala Kukkundoor was the specially-invited guests present.
The honorary secretary Ramesh B Madivala and joint secretary Sarojini D Kundar presented the annual report. The joint treasuer Vijay V kundar presented the annual accounts.
The elections for the new Community for 2-year term was held. Satish Salian was re-elected unanimously as president of Rajaka Sangha Mumbai.
Harish V Salian (vice president), Dinesh V Kundar (joint treasurer), Shubha D Gujaran (women wing president), Ronak Kundar (youth wing president), Sumitra R Palimar and Shashank Salian (librarians), Balakrishna M Salian, Raju S Salian, Subash S Salian and Prakash S Kundar (executive Committee members), Poovani Salian and Pradeep Kundar (internal auditors).
The women members of Dombivali rendered the prayers. Joint treasurer Dinesh N Kundar welcomed the gathering. Ramesh B Madivala proposed vote of thanks.
Condolences were offered for the demise of members and well wishers.
