Mangaluru: Pavitra, Tulu movie completes 100 days; celebrations in city on May 22

Mangaluru, 15 May 2016: Pavitra, Tulu movie that was produced under the banner Sri Indira Movies completed 100 days at Prabhat theater, here on Saturday May 14. The event will be celebrated at Deepa Comforts, here on Sunday May 22.
The movie has been released simultaneously across coastal district on February 5. It’s the first ever Tulu movie that completed 100 days in 2016.
It’s the movie directed by Nagavenkatesh with renowned cameraman J B Krishna. The producer is hotelier Anantaram is hailing from Yermal in Udupi, but settled in Chennai always maintained contact with filmdom. Anantaram had produced 3 movies starring Rajkumar in sandalwood besides movies in Tamil. He is the scriptwriter and contributed dialogues and literature.

He has introduced Chirashree Anchan with her maiden break in Tulu movie, Pavitra. She has got offers in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu movies. Several Tulu theater artistes are cast in the movie.
