Mangaluru: PACE organizes student empowerment programme for professional courses

Mangaluru, 13 May 2016: P A College of Engineering (PACE) organized student empowerment programme on mind power and careers in professional education for students who completed their II PUC exams and are aspirants of professional education here on Friday May 12. About 62 students from various places of Mangaluru participated in the programme.
Professor Surfraz Hasim and Dr R G D’Souza were the resource persons.
Professor Surfraz said that focused mind will be able to achieve greater heights, hence regular conditioning of the mind is very important. He guided the students through a self hypnosis session.
Dr Rajesh D’Souza urged students to select professional courses based on their interest and not based on their scope. He stressed that students need to be smart in selecting colleges and put in their best effort in order to excel in their chosen course.
Dr Rameez M K, vice principal inaugurated the programme. The valedictory programme was presided by Dr Abdul Sharief, principal, PACE.
Certificates were awarded to the participants. Dr Beeran Moidin, director - MBA, Professor John Valder, HOD - EEE, Professor Nabeel, co-curricular activities co-ordinator, Marzook and. Shafinaz, admissions officer were present on the occasion.
