Two coastal girls secure ranks in UPSC exams

Kundapur/Karkala, 11 May 2016: As many as 30 students from all over the state have secured various ranks in the UPSC exams held and have been selected for posts in IAS, IPS and IPF.

Former public prosecutor Prakash Shetty’s daughter Nivya P Shetty, from Kundapur secured 274th rank and has been selected for IPS while Michelle Queenie D’ Costa from Niddodi grama Neerude has secured 387th rank. She is the second daughter of Lazarus D’Costa and Nancy D’Costa couple.
