Bantwal: Chandrahas Karkera unanimously elected as TP president, Abbas Ali vice president

Bantwal, 11 May 2016: Chandrahas Karkera and Abbas Ali B M of Congress party were unanimously elected as president and vice president respectively of Bantwal taluk panchayat here on Tuesday May 10.

 

 

Mangaluru municipal commissioner Dr Ashok conducted the proceedings of the election held at taluk panchayat auditorium, here on Tuesday. Bantwal Tahsildar Purandar Hegde and taluk panchayat CEO Cyprian Miranda assisted in the proceedings.

 

The state minister B Ramanat, zilla panchayat member Chandraprakash Shetty, M S Mohammed, Padmashekar Jain, Manjula Madhav Mave, Mamata Gatti and others congratulated the newly-elected office bearers.
