Mumbai: Bharat Bank relocates Ghatkopar (W) branch to Laxmi Shopping Centre

Mumbai, 17 April 2016: Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limtied shifted its Ghatkopar (West) branch to first floor of Laxmi Shopping Centre, Hirachand Desai Road, here on Saturday April 16.
The Bank chairman and All India Billawa Federation president Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the relocated Ghatkopar (West) branch by cutting the ribbon.
Suvarna Baba of Panchakuteera, Powai, Andheri (East), here inaugurated the branch by lighting the lamp. The Bank deputy chairperson Rohini J Salian inaugurated ATM kiosk, while director Pushpalata N Salian inaugurated the safe deposit lockers.
The building owner Uday Shetty, D K Poojary, journalist Chandrashekar Palettady, Arvind Shetty, Mabian K M, Sanjeev Bangera, Raghav Kundar, Narayan Shetty, Dr Pramod Sule, councilor Professor S Krupanand, advocate G C Poojary, Bank’s former directors N M Sanil, Raja V Salian, and N Nityanand, directors Bhaskar M Salian, J A Kotian, U S Poojary, S B Amin, Harischandra G Mulky, Chandrashekar S Poojary, Damodar C Kundar, R D Poojary, Jyoti K Suvarna and C T Salian, and others were present.
The Bank chief general manager Anil Kumar R Amin, general manager Shobha Dayanand, deputy general managers Vivek S Shanbagh, Suresh S Salian, Vidyanand S Karkera, Prabhakar G Suvarna, Dinesh B Salian, Ramesh H, Vishwanat G Suvarna and N Jagdish, assistant general managers Prabhakar G Poojary, Satish Bangera, Praveen Suvarna, Mahesh B Kotian, Dr U Dhananjay Kumar and Vasudev M Salian, development department officer Sunil Gujaran, Vijay Palan and others were also present.
The vedic celebrants Dhananjay Shanti and Shekar Shanti, Gangadhar Kallady performed religious rites at the relocated branch. The Bank officer Rameshand Hemalata Salian couple led the religious rites.
The Bank deputy general manager and head of development department Mohandas Hejmady compered the programme. Ratnakar R Salian proposed vote of thanks.
