Dubai: Mangaluru-based premier realty developer Inland Group holds Investment Seminar

Dubai, 14 March 2016: Mangaluru-based Inland Group, one of the foremost and top true professional realty builders who rule with the passion for excellence practiced for over 3 decades back in Mangaluru city have now opened up door for their investors in Dubai with a beautiful approachable location which is situated in 304-1, Zabeel Business Centre, behind Karama Post Office, Karama Dubai.

 

Winner of 5 Awards for Excellence, Inland Group on Friday organized a seminar on ’The Real Estate Investment at their Dubai office which was attended by some close associates and media members including a few investors who quickly booked apartments impressively.

 

 

Shodhan Prasad, a well wisher of the Group opened up the seminar welcoming the attendees and briefing on the Investment - what, why and where to invest. He detailed on different options of investment and said that the only option which attracts good returns is investments in realty business. An investment should be an attractive asset which should be purchased with the hope that it will for sure generate good income in the coming future, he said. He also added that one of the most compelling reasons for one to invest is the prospect of not having to work for entire life! Bottom line being, ’there are only two ways to make money; by working and/or by having your assets work for you.’ If you keep your money in your back pocket instead of investing it, your money doesn’t work for you and you will never have more money than what you save. By investing your money in a proper channel, you are getting your money to generate more money by earning interest on what you put away or by buying and selling assets that increase in value.

 

He then, introduced the strong main foundation pillar of Inland Group, Siraj Ahmed, the CMD who has strived hard to become one of the most reputable dynamic personality who created very many dream houses for those customers who dreamt of owning a home which got fulfilled with Inland Group’s honest passionate perfectionism in delivering quality homes in these 3 decades.
