Karkala: Father & Son die in motorcycle collision with private bus at Belman

Karkala, 09 Dec 2015: A motorcyclist and a pillion rider were died when a private bus collided in front of St Joseph’s church, Belman, here on national highway on Tuesday December 8.

 

 

The deceased has been identified as about fifty-year-old Shekar Kotian and his son eleven-year-old Nitin. 

 

The private bus that was plying from Karkala to Mangaluru hit the motorcycle and also hit the Maruti Swift parked besides national highway.

 

Shekar Kotian owned a vegetable shop passed away on the spot. He is survived by his 3 sons who are studying in local English school. The deceased son Nitin was studying in Class VI breathed his last on the way to hospital.
