Abu Dhabi: Spearhead bag Championship Trophy 2015- 16, Eagle Cricketers runner up

Abu Dhabi, 06 Dec 2015: Eagles Cricketers Championship Trophy – 2015 was held at Emirates Palace Hotel grounds, here on Friday December 4.  Twelve teams partaken in the cricket tournament that was organized by Eagle Cricketers – Abu Dhabi began on Friday at 8.30am.

 

The first semifinal was held between Eagle Cricketers – Abu Dhabi and MCBC – Dubai.  Eagle Cricketers won the first semifinal.

 

The second semifinal was held between Spearhead – Abu Dhabi and GMC – Dubai.  Spearhead – Abu Dhabi won second semifinal.

 

The final match was held between Eagle Cricketers – Abu Dhabi and Spearhead – Abu Dhabi.  Spearhead – Abu Dhabi won by 6 wickets.

 

 

Rudolph of Spearhead – Abu Dhabi adjudged Man of the Match. Sandeep of Eagle Cricketers – Abu Dhabi was adjudged Man of the Series.  Rudolph of Spearhead – Abu Dhabi adjudged.

 

Best Batsman. Terril of Spearhead – Abu Dhabi adjudged Best Bowler.

 

Spearhead – Abu Dhabi bagged Championship Trophy – 2015 and cash prize of UAE Dirhams 2,555, while Eagle Cricketers – Abu Dhabi bagged runner up Trophy and cash prize of UAE Dirhams 1,555.  Vijay D’Souza presented Championship Trophy, K Ramesh Shetty and Vijay Veigas presented runner up Trophy.
