Dubai: St Joseph’s Belman Bethkati Association organizes fun-filled picnic at Creek Park

Dubai, 18 Nov 2015: St Joseph’s Belman Bethkati Association Dubai, organized their annual picnic at Creek Park, here on Friday November 13.

 

The Association president Ivan D’Souza welcomed the gathering and thanked everyone for their presence.  The picnic commenced with prayer led by Pius D’Cruz. Thereafter, a piping hot breakfast and tea was served to all.

 

Walter Monteiro is the main host of the picnic. He conducted full-day games with the assistance of Anil Cardoza and Arun D’Silva, compered the entire day activities and involved all to actively participate in various team games such as laughing club game, passing the cap, dodge ball, throw ball, act on the movie name and guess the name of the movie, Listing the name of kitchen items for the ladies, couple game was organized for the couples.  Also a general quiz was conducted between two teams.

 

 

Mangalorean traditional lunch was served supplied by Al Shay Restaurant to around 75 people gathered at the picnic. The children entertained the audience with their performance and were suitably rewarded with gifts. Evening tea was served with snacks.

 

Thereafter, a tug of war was conducted to decide the final winning team.  The winners were rewarded with sweets, which they shared with the team members.

 

Overall, it was a fun-filled day with everybody having a good time with family and friends.
