Bengaluru: 92.7BIG FM initiates BIG Gandhigiri, to support Clean India campaign

Bengaluru, 27 Oct 2015: 92.7 BIG FM, India’s largest and the No 1 Radio Network reached out to its listeners with a unique initiative, ‘BIG Gandhigiri’ and urged them to not only clean the streets but also paint public spaces like walls and staircases with colorful paints. Following the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi to keep India clean, ‘BIG Gandhigiri’ too witnessed like-minded people of Bangalore lending their support to the noble cause.

 

 

92.7 BIG FM’s ‘BIG Gandhigiri’, in association with BTM Layout BBMP, culminated at Bannergatta Road here. With this initiative BIG FM encouraged the good Samaritans of Bangaluru to participate in large numbers, clean the places clean and paint them with beautiful colors. 92.7 BIG FM in its endeavor to give back to the society and to promote a clean and healthy environment, associated with Kushal Kumar, renowned artist from Doddaballapur along with BBMP official Arvind. The artist joined hands with the people of Bangalore to encourage everyone to beautify the city while the artistes painted along with volunteers/students.

 

92.7 BIG FM has always been on the forefront of contributing to the society in its unique ways and ‘BIG Gandhigiri’ is a step forward in the same direction. Roping in reputed artists - Kushal Kumar has helped to fuel the excitement of the people present.
