Mumbai: Adv H K Sudhakar unanimously elected new Prez of Karnataka Sangh-Chembur

Mumbai, 27 Oct 2015: The advocate and social activist H K Sudhakar unanimously elected as new president of Karnataka Sangh – Chembur, near here during the annual general body meeting held recently.
Prabhakar B Bolar (vice president), Ranjan Kumar R Amin (honorary secretary), T R Shetty (treasurer), Devdas K Shettigar (joint secretary), Sudar N Kotian (joint treasurer).
Karnataka Sangh – Chembur that was established 6 decades ago owns own plot at Ghatla, at the outskirts of Chembur, here where it runs kindergarten to PU College, where in over 4,500 students study since 5 decades.

He is hailing from Arate village of Kundapur taluk in Udupi district. He migrated to metro at his early age continued his studies till law whilst working. He is notary and consulted for several premier law firms.
He is also active in social service with Lions Club and Arya Samaj. He also fosters Yakshagana and Karnataka’s distinct cultural hierarchy.
He has instituted Arate Nagamma Sesappa Poojary Memorial Souharda Prashasti, to confer on Kannadiga – Tulu natives outside Karnataka for their lifetime contributions to Karnataka culture and literature which was the highest cash award.
