Puttur, 08 Oct 2015: Josvita Lorraine Lobo, I B Com student of St Philomena College, here bagged the first prize in S D Samrajya memorial inter-collegiate elocution competition on ‘Gandhian concept of Gram Swaraj’ organized by department of economics and humanities Association of Mahaveera College, Moodbidri.
