Mumbai: Raphael Sequeira, founder MD of Reliable Spaces Pvt Ltd passes away

Mumbai, 27 Sep 2015: The fifty-eight-year-old Raphael A Sequeira, founder managing director of metro-based Reliable Spaces Private Limited, passed away owing to brief illness at a private hospital here on Saturday September 26 night.
Raphael was a native of Madantyar in Beltangady taluk of Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. He is the pioneer of Iconic Structures in metro, Navi Mumbai and Mangaluru. Reliable Tech Park was a major project that was set up in Thane – Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
Raphael bagged Professional Excellence Award – 2011 of Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), Rachana Award from Federation of Konkani Association – Bengaluru in 2013, an Award from Catholic Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2014.
He was living in Ivita Hiranandani Garden apartments, Powai, Andheri (East) here. He is survived by his wife Clotilda R Sequeira, daughter Collette D’Lima, son-in-law Aron D’Lima.
The funeral cortege leaves residence on Monday September 28 at 3.30pm and funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity church, Powai, here, informed the family sources.
CCCI founder chairman Vincent Mathias, executive president Henry Lobo, directors Albert W D’Souza, Antony Sequeira, John D’Silva, Federation of Konkani Catholic Association – Bengaluru president Valerian R Fernandes and others condoled the sudden demise of dear Raphael.
