Udupi: Sanskrit High School wins Taluk-level boys Ball Badminton tourney

Udupi, 14 Sep 2015: Don Bosco English Medium School, Shirva, near here in collaboration with office of block education officer and public instructions department hoisted Udupi taluk level ball badminton tournament here on Saturday September 12.
Don Bosco School and St Mary’s education institutions director Fr Anil Castelino after inaugurating the tournament said, ‘Sports uplifts the jest for life. The inter-school tournament strengthens the bond among the students,’ said Fr Anil.
Don Bosco School and St Mary’s education institutions director Fr Stany Tauro conveyed best wishes to all players.
The sports superintendent Basavaraj, physical teachers Association district president Sitaram Shetty, taluk physical education teachers Association president Satish Salian, Shirva parish council vice president Wilson D’Souza were present.
Sanskrit High School – Udupi bagged the first place in boys division, while Government PU College, Ajjarkad, here bagged the second place.
Don Bosco School, Shirva bagged the first place in girls division, while Government PU College, Ajjarkad, here bagged the second place.
