Udupi: Fr V Mendonca and Fr Reginald take Charge as Directors for SC and CW

Udupi, 01 Jun 2015: Fr Valeraian Mendonca took charge as the new director of the Commission for Social Communication and Fr Reginald Pinto, the Director of the Commission for Women here at the Bishop’s Chapel on June 1.

 

 

Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, the Bishop of Udupi, administered and conducted the oath taking ceremony in a short, meaningful prayer service.

 

Fr Valerian Mendonca, who is also the Chancellor of the Diocese and Parish Priest of Barkur, took charge as the director of the Commission for Social Communications. Fr Reginald Pinto took charge as the Spiritual Animator of the Commission for Women.

 

There are 18 Commissions in the Diocese working towards the implementation of the Pastoral Plan 2025.
