Mangaluru: MLA J R Lobo urges people to avail state facilities

Mangaluru, 11 Apr 2015: The people should avail the state facilities that they are entitled, urged Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo.

 

MLA Lobo was speaking after inaugurating interactive meet on social welfare benefits that are introduced by labor department, during a function held at the auditorium of Roshni Nilaya Institute of Social Work, Valencia, here on Friday April 10.

 

 

MLA Lobo further said that there are several schemes meant for the welfare of people, but the latter has no proper info. There lies the need of volunteers and NGOs to reach the information about such benefits that are meant for laborers, added MLA Lobo.   

 

The mayor Jacinta Alfred and Bar Association president S P Chengappa was present.
